Support Overview
Support via e-mail and phone includes quick and comprehensive assistance through the PAVONElive support hot-line.
The hot-line gives you status information at any time, whether you initially called us using your support number or sent an email. Description of solutions are found directly in the support forum. The continuously growing Knowledge-Pool (FAQs) contains commonly encountered questions and problems with their answers.
Phone support is available on weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM, CET (+1 h). PAVONE guarantees of response time of 24 hours or less, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Paderborn, Germany. What is included in the support is defined per year, see above. Any services not used expire after each year.
Support rendered is solely for PAVONELive and any add-ons developed and shipped by PAVONE. Additional services can be added with a separate support agreement.
